do you think zavvi has cancelled orders randomly? or maybe they are keeping only first orders?
I made my order february 7th, just when it was live.

I'm inclined to think that's more the reason for cancellations that and perhaps damaged stock . They've cancelled based on first come first served .
I ordered two at release time or within a few minutes ,both been charged

The way they are drip feeding the dispatch of this it probably will be 30th May before some of us get it!

Seriously though, having been charged for my copies yesterday I was hoping to wake up to a dispatch email but still awaiting stock pick. Not expecting an email until Monday now at the earliest.

I've never had any success with those numbers:
08442 640702 - Refers you to the website then hangs up.
01606 336169 - "The number you have dialled has not been recognised"
08442 439088 - Zvvi Outlet and they insisted they cannot help with the main site
I gave up with them a while ago.

I even tried a number for The Hut I found online, 01606 338 197, but again was referred to the website.

Someone on another forum found this link- interesting read as the website doesn't appear to adhere to these rules.

They tried to despatch mine yesterday, but the process was stalled because I had to readd my new card details (and will have to do the same for all my other separate orders that were ordered on my old card), since they don't do it automatically.

You should be ok. You can go into your account and view your order, the Avengers steelbook should be listed separately, it will show if it is awaiting stock pick or if its despatched. If not shipped, contact zavvi .
