Im sure the Council of Zavvi defenders have called an emergency meeting as we speak to quickly carve out as many excuses as possible for this huge f-up. Manufacturing mistakes? Inventory mishap done over by computer systems? Human error? Arent we all human and allowed one mistake? Blame it on Disney? Bring on the excuses...

I haven't had mine cancelled....... yet! If they do, without any explanation, this will be the final straw and I will NEVER buy a thing from them again.... probably!

Unfortunately they have a lot of us trapped as we want the product they sell but they couldn't give 2 [emoji90][emoji90] about their customers!

They seriously need to look at their business plan and sort the whole system out. Copy & paste replies, no customer service telephone number, Zbox shananagins, crap payment system, dodgy sold out/ back in stock claims, rip off prices for back catalogues- looking at you Ratatouille, 1% paypal charges, awful order processing system, employment of spine slashers, and just all round general stupidity on their part! Christ and they wonder why the high street shops of their's went under!!

And breathe!! As you can tell, although mine hasn't been cancelled yet, which in all likelyhood it will, I'm fuming with Zavvi!!

Zavvi, I hope you are reading this and know that you are the biggest idiots known to man!!

It's just a shame Zavvi have exclusives at all.

While I was only effected by their Indiana Jones fiasco (annoying to have to re-order them as I couldn't edit my address details), I would be more than happy to drop them like a stone if Amazon picked up the mantle. Even HMV if they got their online store back (Xtra-Vision is okay, but doesn't have that many steelbooks).

For them to cancel orders without reason is frankly unacceptable. I'd already cancelled mine a week ago, so was hoping that someone who wanted it more than me could pick one up at retail price. I feel sorry for anyone that gets shafted with a price increase or Z-box bundle.
