It´s awesome set! I love it more and more, it grows one me big time. Love my Penguin oneclick , but this Catwoman is super cool too.

Looking forward to The Exorcist which should start shipping Feb/March, but take it with the grain of salt lol, If we have it by June it will be great!
How did you pay the extra shipping money if you purchased your copy through the Group Buy.

I had purchased the Penguin set directly from CM web site and received an email from Carlo in February 2024 requesting the additional EUR 30 "due to increases in production costs and all the materials used".

In May 2024 I sent email to Carlo asking information on how is the same extra payment going to be handled for HDN GB purchases (my Batwoman set was from HDN GB).

I requested the same information again couple of times in August, but as I didn't receive a reply, I just sent the extra payment at the end of September, sent email about having paid the extra cost and identified it and the original HDN GB purchase by date and transaction ID.

Note that payments of the original purchases from HDN GB were made directly to Carlo's PayPal account on 2020-02-02 (probably all on the same date).

I received both sets in the same shipment.

It encouraging to see members getting their editions, but the comms to GB members in general is sadly lacking. I'm still concerned I won't receive my edition and don't really know best course of action.
It is encouraging because after all this time… we can see that the box sets actually exist.

What I am disappointed of is the lack of HDN support for the members who purchased a copy through the GB and it now seems to be more of a game of chance that we might receive a reply to a personal message sent to Carlos on the hope that by making the additional payment… we could be one of the lucky ones who actually receive the box set.

We could try and ask the Vatican to intercede on our behalf but the Pope is very sick right now. They would probably say, "First world problem. Get out of here."

I actually managed to get a reply from Carlo only to discover that I either got a wrong tracking number or my order was shipped to wrong address because tracking info shows my order as delivered but in the wrong city. I contacted my post office and they said that tracking number does not correspond to my name or address but the country is correct. If there is someone here from Croatia that also participated in this GB please let me know.
And of course after I replied to his email to tell him about this I got no response :offtopic:

Use the website contact page, I'm got some correspondence on that. Keep trying as it's hit and miss on responses, but it's at least interaction.

I'm all out of ideas I've sent emails to [email protected], [email protected], cinemuseum1@gmail 6-7 times each. I have used the customer service page on the Cinemuseum site at least 4-5 time begging them to send me an Invoice for the extra shipping costs but it has gotten me no where.
I purchased the Batman/Batman Returns (Penguin Edition) through the Group Buy here at HDN. If anyone has any idea what to do at this point I'd really appreciate it. I have not gotten a single reply to any of my emails or customer service tries.

I got my Catwoman Edition months ago from Triggers Group Buy on the other site not to be named.

I'll join you on the same boat to nowhere. I thought Aniv was supposed to still be piloting the boat. I have also sent multiple messages.
I know that @Aniv is done with doing Group Buys which I respect I thank him for years of them. However he knows how long ninja's have been waiting to get these copies.

Triggers was able to get shipping invoices for everyone in the Group Buy on the other site, It would be nice if Aniv looked into it that's all he can even tack on a fee if he would like to for his time, at least that's the way I feel about it. I'm certainly not demanding that he do anything it would just be nice if he finished this Group Buy. I'll bet he forgot about it which is understandable.

@C.C. 95 You didn't get your copy of this from Triggers? That's some back luck man. I have gotten all my Cinemusem releases there although some took quite a long time, most of which I'm fairly certain is Cinemuseums's fault.
