I am puzzled, I just found pictures on the dutch market who is selling a novamedia Batman v Superman steelbook, see below:

but these are different then the pictures posted earlier in this thread

It is the exclusive slipcover edition with the same steelbook inside. Plus it comes with extras, like artcards.
