We would like to inform you about a numbering issue concerning the "Black Hawk Down" slips. Our distributor discovered that the letter "E" was omitted from the "ME046" numbering on the spine after the products were delivered. Although this may seem like a minor detail, our distributor has a long-standing tradition of meticulous numbering and has therefore insisted on replacing the slips to maintain consistency. To address this, we have temporarily halted shipments of the remaining stock and returned them to our distributor for repackaging.

We kindly request that customers who have not yet received their orders accept the initial shipment. Declining the delivery could result in the loss of the product, preventing us from managing the replacement process effectively. We anticipate receiving the repackaged products within three weeks and will initiate for delivery as soon as possible.

For those who have already received slips with the misprint, our distributor is currently finalizing a replacement plan, which will include compensation. We anticipate this plan will be ready within approximately one week due to the complexities of this situation.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve this matter.

Update regarding the slips:

We are pleased to inform you that all replacement slips and lenticulars are currently in production. We expect them to arrive at our distributor's warehouse by September 19th. Following their arrival, it will take approximately one week for existing stock to be repackaged. We anticipate that all replacements will be shipped out by September 29th.

For your convenience, you will automatically receive a replacement slip with your next order based on our database records. Additionally, customers who previously received slips with the issue will receive a 5% coupon for future purchases on our website. You will receive an email with details regarding this coupon within the next couple of weeks.

Our distributor apologies deeply with the inconvenience and it is implementing measures to prevent similar inconveniences in the future.

Basically, they'll ship them later, with the next order, assuming everyone is ordering something again, and we'll get a measly 5% coupon code, assuming we'll have time to enter it in the 15 second frenzy the next preorder sells out...

Glad I opted to pass on this one. Still not keen on it, and I've just picked up the kimchi FS + FAC steel on ebay for £25 - which is probably the best combo for this film imo.

Shipping update from MantaLab:

Black Hawk Down
We have received DLSA and DLSB replacements and we are preparing them for the replacement and orders. However, our distributor told us that the new batch of FS is not satisfactory so they will reprint them again. It will move back the shipping of FS and OC to late October. We are very sorry about the further delays but our distributor wants to make sure all slips meet the standards so reprinting is unavoidable.
