I don't mind if otherwise cool release is not a steel.
But if they don't ship that's a problem.
They ship! But A24 is so expensive to order from now. Not bought anything directly in nearly a year
Luckily HMV have been stocking their recent vinyls a month or 2 after release from the A24 site. Really want the talking heads special edition 4K from them
Their releases are cool, pricey for what they are though, and shipping has gotten very pricey recently.
A24's shipping has gone through the roof, luckily I got the stuff I wanted from them before the price hike but refuse to pay approx triple the price for postage...
Felt like a misleading title, given that it was really more about journalists working during a war, but it wouldn’t take major changes to make this a war about Russia and Ukraine, Israel/gaza or pretty much any generic war. I kinda liked it, but would’ve liked more background on what led up to the war and so on.
Nevertheless, Dunst was really good and the atmos sound was solid, so I’ll probably pick this up whenever it comes out in the US.

Wow what a film. Absolutely loved this. The cinematography and visuals are just stunning and every actor delivers. The photograph stills throughout were chefs kiss. I really don’t want Alex Garland to stop making films. 4 for 4 imo. This and Poor things are my favourites of the year so far
I couldn't finish it yesterday, it was that boring. Will try today, hoping second half has all the action shown in trailers, and less of their liberal 'appalled' faces (like at the nice guarded town they passed through).
I'm with you. Absolutely brilliant film. Loved it. Garland really has got such a unique film making style. Another win from him.
For all who enjoyed this and wouldn't mind a recommendation for a film with similar characters and topics; as blisteringly relevant today as it was 40 years ago. Humanities lack of humanity hasn't really changed.
