1) Steelbook $49 (Lenti or Full Slip) - $98 One click - Nova Retail Cost
2) One Click Limited to 60 Only for HDN
3) A Single Order Will include 1 Free PET Slip, One Click (matching numbers) will include 2 Free PET Slips
4) Shipping from Korea to me + any import fees = $? (Divided by Total Copies, 1 Click counts as 2 copies)
5) Shipping Varies (Calculated Actual USPS Priority Mail for US, Tracked and Insured for $50; First Class International for ROW Orders with tracking, Insurance Optional)
6) HDN GB Fee $2 per Steelbook

@dogscorpion you need to fix your privacy settings. I suggest you get with a moderator to get that fixed. If I cannot invite you to a conversation then there is no way I can send invoices on a 1:1 basis.

If January has 40 days then 20 is the middle, or if it has 30 days then 15 is the middle. Get it?

Seriously, it only means that mid-January could mean a lot of things because it is only an estimate. Just relax and don't sweat it...:happy:
