From past experience it is probable there will be Customs charges guestimated at £2.00 per item (that's Customs not postage) and they will be added into the postage charge so hopefully just the one invoice. So that's getting on for an extra £400 which I need funding for and that's why it's added to the postage. (These are based on the Jack Reacher Blufans GB however this GB is about 4 times the size so there may be Duty as well as VAT.)

Minimum is 2nd Class Signed For, although let me know if you want Special Delivery due to the value of the items, limit on compensation for Signed For is £50. I know we are not talking very much here but nonetheless there are rules as for any GB.

THE RULES:

This bit is very important. Due to the sheer volume and the relatively small amount involved I am relying on everyone to pay their invoices promptly and within 48 hours latest please. ANY NON PAYERS WILL BE ADVISED TO bluraysteel IMMEDIATELY, NO REMINDERS, AND WILL GO ON MY PERSONAL BLACKLIST. If there is going to be a problem or you are going to be away (I do realise that school holidays are on us once more), please let me know by posting in the thread NOW and I will invoice separately, do not pm me. I will be staggering invoices over a period of days once I am aware how much these weigh and their size.

Can everyone in my Hub please ensure that their Paypal addresses are correct and up to date. If there is no address then there is nowhere I can send it, your payment will just be returned. Simples. If it's coming from your Wife/Girlfriend/Husband/Boyfriend/Granny's account (ie not you) then the package will be addressed to them not you. That's Paypal's rules not mine.

Finally depending on numbers size weight etc it is likely I will have to order some more boxes which may take a few days to arrive. If anyone has any suggestion for stockists could they post or PM me. Thanks.

As you can see this unfortunately is all out of my control and I did ensure that Staff were aware at the time that I would be away. I hated writing that post even though it's out of my control. Maybe I'm a closet control freak.

I hoped for today, maybe with Bank Holiday they'll be a day late, usually arrive at crack of dawn. I'm off on Friday 29th back Saturday 14th.

This was far too much work for one man anyway. Hub duties should have been split between a handful of trusted UK members. It would have been so much faster that way.

Hopefully this is learned from and not going to be the standard for all future BF releases. IMO, having to pay for a release and wait 6 months to get it is not acceptable.

Not at all ungrateful for the hours of graft you are putting in Dave, I just feel this group buy could have been handled a lot better than it has.

Other UK services: 16 calendar days
GLS items: 21 calendar days
Other International services and charge parcels: 16 calendar days
If there is no return address, we will keep the inland parcels at our parcel recovery centre for 45 days and international parcels for 90 days before disposing of them.

Usually my nice lady next door takes them in if my son isn't in. She took in 9 very large play boxes once; stood about 5 feet high when nicely stacked
