Universal Products & Experiences and Cryptozoic Entertainment, leading creator of tabletop games, trading cards, and collectibles, today announced the upcoming release of CZX® Jurassic Park, a super premium trading card set inspired by Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment’s original three Jurassic Park movies. The product will feature Autograph Cards signed by stars of the films as well as one-of-one, hand-drawn Sketch Cards by premiere artists.
In anticipation of the release, Cryptozoic will sell the CZX Jurassic Park: Preview Box at San Diego Comic-Con, July 24-27. Each box will contain nine exclusive Base Cards and a tenth card inside a rigid case: either an Autograph Card signed by Jurassic Park star Wayne Knight or one of four Production Concept Cards showcasing rarely seen concept images from The Lost World: Jurassic Park. Only 500 boxes have been produced and will be allocated daily at Booth #115.

The nine exclusive Base Cards for the CZX Jurassic Park: Preview Box showcase memorable moments from the three Jurassic Park movies. Each card has both red Deco Foil versions numbered out of 499 and a rare black Deco Foil variant with Brilliance logo numbered out of just 1 (there is only one of each Base Card in each box).
The Autograph Cards signed by Wayne Knight, who plays Dennis Nedry in the first movie, will appear in approximately one in five boxes. The cards will have three levels of rarity: black ink signature with gold numbering out of 99, green ink signature with green numbering out of 5, and red ink signature with black numbering out of 1.
The four Production Concept Cards with concept images from the second movie will be found in approximately four in five boxes (each individual card will be in one in five boxes). There are two levels of rarity of each card: red Deco Foil versions numbered out of 99 and a rare black Deco Foil variant with Brilliance logo numbered out of only 1.
The CZX Jurassic Park: Preview Box will be available at San Diego Comic-Con for $99.99 per box. Further news about the main set, including signers, will be announced later this year.
