This one was dispatched on Wednesday 12th, its now Monday the 17th and it doesnt seem like its arriving today 
My HMV order was delivered to An Post AddressPal depot in UK this morning royal mail tracked shipping

People not pre-ordering wont change the design, just (maybe) the UK print run. You'd basically need the entire population of planet earth not to buy to have any chance of the design changing
I may be in the minority, but got mine today and really like it. It's a 4 disc set and looks cool.
