The missing scenes don't fit well because of the quality. Look at the Anolis mediabook to see so I suspect serious work is needed to make them work within the rest of the film.

More info will be announced later in 2026 it’s expected will be released around October 2026 but that’s a estimate date at the moment and subject to change.

It's possible StudioCanal will do a 4K release themselves at some stage but that's not confirmed yet
StudioCanal have the UK rights to lot of hammer films catalogue and as per recent 4K releases are doing those releases themselves where they have the distribution rights
So far StudioCanal have released in 4K
