it's over. for now. but no explanation have never been offered.

how's that steelbook provider : first shipping costs are free. then suddenly for couple of years 10 € have been added to price for shipping. and then it suddenly stops.

and no reply for emails. and while taking 10 € for shipping their website says only 1 € should be taken.

fu..k zavvi. I really lost lots of money...tho it's my fault...why use Z ?

I guess the best defense is to only use Zavvi when they truly have an exclusive, and otherwise just use Amazon. But always order the Zavvi first just in case in turns out to be exclusive- and if it turns out not to be exclusive then cancel. But, at least for now, it seems the war is over between Finland and Zavvi-
And that's nice.

Yep, if it's not a Zavvi exclusive I never buy from them, Amazon are far superior on packaging, customer service and very simple for damaged products.
