I got my Zbox copy too. After your received the Zbox did the steelbook still show up in your outstanding orders?

Sorry to hear you having trouble bud and this does not bode well for my Ultron Zbox order! For Dredd the steelbook remained in my outstanding orders, however Ultron it is not. I have queried this with Zavvi a couple of times, but their response is always vague and unhelpful.

Me to, my Ultron order is also showing as not in outstanding orders and i have queried this to. They just say it will be despatched when released, maybe we can get some proper clarification on this matter, before we end up disappointed. As i was with Ratatouille which i ended up not receiving as part of the retro Zbox offer, which i never got a despatch email for.

I read some posts stating that the keychains have been sent separately, can someone post the Zavvi/Hut message/email that stated this ?, When where they posted exactly ? I've fired off my own complaint and wait to see what expert/informative reply i'll get.

Just had a look on eBay and had to smile - your Judge Dredd Super Nintendo SNES Cover Art Quality Chrome and Leather Keyring pictured above is being offered for GBP 5.99 with free P&P by a seller with "More than 10 available - 1 sold". Just wondering if that "1 sold" was you
Looks quite nice particularly if it's REAL leather though I know which keyring/chain I'd buy if I had the choice . . oh, wait a minute, I don't have to buy it as it was a freebie

Well you can say that this was a great piece of marketing made by the supplier(s) and the makers of the steelbook & keychain. A whopping 90 pages of discussion, debate and argument that only Dredd 3D could muster! Wow

Shame we'll never get a follow up....

Yes, and it will be good when we all get our keychains and this thread can die a natural death - hopefully before it gets to page 100

With Dredd once the zBox shipped that was it for outstanding orders. I spoke with Zavvi again today who have said to me to give it 14 days and then contact them again

Not anymore they changed it, you get a free Numbered Poly Bag and some bubble wrap instead

All orders from Zavvi or from the Hut websites the keychain is been sent separately these have started to be shipped since yesterday to customers

I asked Zavvi when will the keychains be sent after it was confirmed they were been sent separately from the steelbook and this was for both Zavvi and Hut orders

Nope

That's not good then, this is exactly what happened to me with the Ratatouille as part of the retro z-box. When you contact them in 14 days time it will be to late, they told me mine was lost in the post. Although i never got a dispatch email, so if they sent it, who knows. By the time they sort it out, it will be sold out, and they will refund you, if my experience is anything to go by. You will then be left with a z-box and no steel, this is why this z-box deal stinks.
