If they aren't going to send out keychain, I think they should refund everyone £10, which was basically the extra cost.

So I come downstairs to check what the postman has got me today and I see a zavvi box and think, well I haven't ordered anything off zavvi and none of my pre orders have been dispatched. Then I see the price 0.01 and thought oh maybe it's the keyring. Opened it up and dredd has popped up again. It says washbag outlet store on it can't remember seeing that on a zavvi box. They must have made a mistake.

Heard a loud plop through the letter box and there's the tell-tale Zavvi cardboard mailer box. Another Dredd 3D steelbook. Like yours, it came from Washbag Outlet Store...

Someone, somewhere deep in the bowels of Zavvi HQ sits a person, in charge of dispatching orders completely and utterly oblivious to just how spectacularly incompetent they are.

The problem now is the Returns for Refunds of these duplicate steelbooks that two members so far have received - Looking at the label on the box I can see that the cost of the item is 0.01p . . .

Clearly nobody is going to return their duplicate steelbook if the extent of their refund is going to be that figure !

I sincerely hope that these duplicate steelbooks are not being sent out in place of the keychains or that they were economical with the truth when they informed members here that the keychains had been sent out last week.

Is it or isn't it a case of, "Sorry, there's a problem with the keychains and we can't supply them after all - instead, please accept our sincerest apologies and to soften the blow we are sending a free 'Dredd' steelbook as a token of our appreciation to our loyal customers".

I may be alone in this but one 'Dredd' steelbook is quite enough for me and I'd much prefer the keychain to a duplicate steel

I would just like the one I ordered with my Zbox to arrive!!!!

Plus if that was indeed the case, this would now become a 5000 print run!!

still not receiving from "The Hut", keychain and steelbook.
The Hut told me to wait untill 26/08/2015 and contact them at this date.
The fact is (with my experience at Zavvi), that with such a delay it means the package is lost or I won't never get it.
It will be the 3rd steelbook lost in my order history !!!!

don't what everyone is crying for the keychain is being supplied by the zbox dept and there kind of busy atm with new zbox for iron man

btw for those that are intrested film arena has just announced a dredd film arena collection steelbook whats the bet the extras on that version would be better than the missing keyring here????

First order on The Hut, but last one for me, even if it's the same company that zavvi.

These were due to sent out on 12/08/2015. Can you confirm if you received an email confirming that yours had been despatched

I told them I did not get a despatch email for the Keychain
The reply was
After looking in to this further for you, I can confirm that the key ring has been dispatched to you.


So They say my Keychain was despatched on the 12/08/2015
If this is correct I should have delivery sometime this week or next week

Going by the first reply it says due to sent out on 12/08/2015
