The only reason this thread is going round in circles is because folks have no patience. @Scary Hair, like me and others, is waiting for her key rings to arrive.
What she is not doing, is telling everybody, all the time, that she is Sooooo gonna kill Zavvi or The Hut.
I have an email confirmation from The Hut that the key ring has been shipped. If it doesn't turn up, I'll deal with it. Not expect others to do it for me. [emoji2][emoji106]
This isn't aimed at you personally. Just the general consensus, that if you shout loud enough on here, something will happen or somebody will do something about it.

I really hope The Hut will accept a refund because the item is now sold out.
First order on The Hut, but last one for me, even if it's the same company that zavvi.

It still may turn up.
When was it posted?
You should have no problem securing a refund if your item doesn't reach you in the specified time period (within 21 days in Europe).

i am currently writing an email a day like shawshank until my key chains arrive they now tell me that they were dispatched the 11th august where as before this ie saturday sunday and monday they couldnt tell me this

These were due to sent out on 12/08/2015. Can you confirm if you received an email confirming that yours had been despatched

I told them I did not get a despatch email for the Keychain

So They say my Keychain was despatched on the 12/08/2015
If this is correct I should have delivery sometime this week or next week

Going by the first reply it says due to sent out on 12/08/2015

No despatch email, just a msg from there CS after I asked why the keychain wasn't with the steelbook.

as im aware the bluray on this isnt all that good picture wise because of 3d included on same disc,
ive seen amazon fr selling a single emarae for 10 euro,s or the metal tin for 25 euro,s
can i assume both these french discs are the same and better than the poop one in this steelbook,
any advice or help much appreciated thanks,

The French tin has great 2D and 3D PQ (on seperate discs)

The Japanese release is the one to go for, if you don't mind 2D only.

Be careful of the listings on Amazon.fr, there is now a 3D/2D combo disc available so make sure it's the 2D only you order.

Posted on 05/08/2015, so it's been now 14 days, and I know for experience I won't get it.
In the past, it was 10-12 days max for delivery. When it was beyond this time period, the packgage was never delivered.
I hope you're right for "no problem securing a refund". I sent a message to the Hut, about the steelbook & the keychain.

In the past, it was 10-12 days max for delivery. When it was beyond this time period, the packgage was never delivered.

That's not the point though, a retailer hasn't supplied a product as advertised, it may be a novelty item BUT if they had said it came with an exclusive extra disk or slipcover and then failed to supply said item are we all expected to say oh nevermind.... No, I want what I paid for. I've not opened the steel yet and if the keychain doesn't arrive I'm tempted to return it
