Good for you, though the key chain would be better. Some people ends up with 2 copies and some end up without any. Who'd had thought that this release would be so messed up from a distribution point of view. Has there been any other release been laden with so much strife...

Sleepy Hallow 500 where damaged in transit TOO Zavvi .

Through the threads loads of payment issues , dates being changed . Refunds and retrurns are a fla out JOKE. Like Zavvi .

I see that people are still receiving duplicate copies of this steelbook which must feel pretty annoying to those (such as our French friend) still waiting for their original order for this darn steelbook

I had the Zbox + Steelbook bundle ordered at Zavvi, but eventually cancelled the steel (after receiving the Zbox) and ordered it from The Hut instead because it was obviously cheaper. Why do you ask mate?

I didn't have a problem with Sleepy Hollow, Yay! Aye, if there's a few constants in life, you're born, you die and then bad Zavvi customer services for steelbooks in between

Good point... I hadn't thought of that. Although I was refunded for my cancelled steelbook. I know they're technically the same company, but it makes me wonder if was sent from Zavvi or The Hut (could be related to my old Zavvi order or my new Hut order). The box it came in does state "Washbag Outlet Store" on the front though, so maybe they have a third retailer we don't know about.

Washbag Outlet Store ? Can't find them anywhere, not even at Companies House.
Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place if it's Channel Islands / non-U.K. based ?
