Cliff Martinez's iconic soundtrack to the cult classic film 'Drive' by Nicolas Winding Refn is turning 5, and to mark the anniversary, Invada Records and Lakeshore Records will be co-releasing a limited edition version of the soundtrack. This features Martinez's score and all other music used in the film, including the legendary tracks by College, Kavinsky and Desire.

Cliff Martinez has made a name for himself as one of the soundtrack world's most innovative composers, having worked on many other classics such as Solaris, Far Cry 4, The Neon Demon and Lincoln Lawyer.

This release will feature brand new liner notes written by the film's director Nicolas Winding Refn, and also by the score's composer Cliff Martinez. Pictured above, this edition is also presented with stunning new artwork by Lakeshore art director John Bergin.

After reading more (was rushed on the bus earlier when i noticed the clear and purple version) and if it's still avalibale before I get paid at the end of Sep (if I have the funds) then I might just jump on it but I have to budget wisely in Sep (stag do coming up and other things)

You're probably right. It's the 40 EUR now that bothers me. I was saving up for my first Lego set end of the month and some comic books.
I'll think long enough till it's sold out and my decision is taken away from me Thanks for the help though

I guess it's just a case of choosing what will make you happier or what you can live without... I have a habit of ordering everything as soon as it goes live, then a few weeks/months down the line I end up spending an entire day trying to decide what to cancel.

I pay with Paypal and Paypal take it from my bank account. When I send the money now and cancel later Paypal keep the money for like 8-10 days then. I never use Credit Cards. That's why I'm careful with pre-ordering.
I only do this when the site don't take the money immediately like Zavvi...

I decided to pass on this. I got it already and I don't do double dips on vinyl. I only would get the Mondo release of Drive for a double dip.

Difference is the vinyl color and with the clear/purple web store exclusive there comes a poster.
And the neon pink will be available world wide so maybe it's also available in Australia ..

Ordered, Sod bread & water bud, Aldi own brand noodle's, cheap as chips and you don't need to worry about the flavor because they all taste the same, loving the look of this release and recently watched the film again both soundtrack and film superb, I could almost imagine Cliff Martinez coming up with that soundtrack and saying to Winding Refn right direct me a film to go with it....
