Looks disappointing. Emailed jsdvd to cancel but as usual they won't respond.

I've found that over the last few months, their email address seems to bounce, like they've closed that one and started a new one, but not bothered to tell anyone.

Lucky you, I emailed them about 5 times over the period of a month, got no response initially and then got bounce emails after a few weeks.

If you looks at the front on Bigrobs pics you can see the light reflevting on the whole cover. It looks like full gloss to me, it's a very reflective finish if it is just matte.

so according to the video of the czech version unboxing, its full gloss...I assume tw should be the same

UPDATE: Their customer support was awesome. Got a mail with steps to push my order into their system. Excellent communication

Need help fellow Ninjas

I was able to pay through their gateway using CC and can see a debit in my bank account. But when I go re-directed to JS DVD's page, it showed some error message and I do not see this item in my order history. Have any of you encountered this issue? How is their customer support?
