I don't think you'll be disappointed. Yes it's not white as my pictures show and used bright sunny day light coming through the windows to get the colours accurate. Looks like rich grey/white to me, but I'm slightly colour blind. Not sure why Warner can't put that colour in the mock ups as it's definitely nowhere near white. I did shine the sun directly on it and I didn't get much impression of metal shinning through.

It looks light grey and maybe a bit silver when direct light is bouncing off it. Doesn't look white at all.

I was sorry to hear that your item is not as you had been expecting. Having raised this further with the supplier, they have confirmed that the item you have received is correct. The item is a Grey, metallic, light gloss as per their guidance. We can confirm that this has now been added to the listing for reference.

Zavvi cancelled my order too. Which turns out ok as it's terrible. But that's not the point.
Been using Zavvi for years now, and they're steadily becoming worse.
That me finished with them now. Another loyal customer lost.

Did ANYONE receive there zavvi orders for this and the others in this WB wave ?, I find it hard to believe the stock allocation excuse, no other retailers had any issues as far as i'm aware. It sounds to me like maybe zavvi haven't been paying their suppliers and they have been refused deliveries. (don't get me started on the pokemon cards scandals with them...)

Honestly zavvi are really terrible, I no longer use them due to damaged orders and their appalling customer service. I see now why THG (the hut group) got rid of them, I wonder if the management buyout is going smoothly.....

Make zavvi aware of your opinions and give them a trustpilot review.

Guys I would consider it a blessing as I think we were all a little cheated by the mock up being white and this turning out to be grey or grey metallic as they put it

Unless you were being facetious.. It is not remotely white. It's not quite bare metal silver, but a light metallic grey is accurate.
