earlier than release date
It’s not unusual for arrow to ship orders done direct with their webstore 2 weeks or more before release date it used to be very common thing to happen years ago but less so now it can vary some will be delivered on release date or a few weeks before.

I previously got orders delivered 2 weeks before the official release date on some pre order releases I done direct with arrow.

I got delivery of Excalibur on Tuesday February 10th the order was dispatched on February 6th

The release date not changed as such as the likes of Amazon/Zavvi/HMV will get stock to dispatch for February 23
