Thanks Manta for the breaks between back 2 back purchases, some wallets need that breath of air.

More than happy with my standard 4K Steelbook.

Pulp Fiction, Django, h8tful 8 next perhaps ?

Not a release i was hoping for like many others but i do like the artwork for the fullslip with wrap arroud it really gives that dramatic war scene vibe off the movie not sure about the other two. OC box could be better to

Not overly keen on any of them, I’m sure I’ll get one but have to admit I’m a bit disappointed.

The full slip isn’t bad but that guy does look like he is having a nap rather experienced a horrible death.

It would've been hilarious is they had used this as a transition lenticular.

The Collectong site lists the FS as having spot foil. I'm assuming it's for the text but not sure holofoil really suits this film as much as just the white text.

And neither of them are used. Even the steelbook is a different edited and harshly zoomed in version of one of the posters
i know, but what else can you do, when most companies dont accept new created artworks?

2 posters available, but you need 12 for the release

most movies (60s - 90s) only have 1-3 posters

Oh I agree, but maybe either don’t release it (even though I’d love a nice premium and I don’t own the zeta) or just do better.

One of the only positives for me is that the FS doesn’t have scratch coating which I would’ve put money down on saying that would be the finish with that artwork. So that could turn out surprisingly decent imo. Either that or the DL B. I like the front but not the back

Reducing the number of slips to 2 would be good a start (when there's not enough artwork)

I think the back of DLB could turnout well.

The steelbook would look a lot better if they embossed it, like if they raised the ground and soldier silhouette with a debossed title. Kinda like the Astro Annihilation steelbook.

But that might be asking for too much from them
