Underworld awakenings bestbuy, The Thing 2011 french release, Braveheart, predator and taken play steels...ghostrider 2 bestbuy, wrath of the titans bestbuy/futureshop

Well its hard to just pick one but at the half year mark my favourite steels of 2012 are:

American Gangster DE - One that no one has really paid attention to because it lacks inside and back art but the cover art is just awesome.

Blow CA - amazing embossing and back art IMO

Safe House UK- again amazing debossing and overall art

Underworld Awakening CA - has amazing art along with that glossy finish and possibly the best inside art of all time with the "bling" effect even inside the steel

John Carter CA Viva - amazing art and detail to the viva

X-Men Wolverine UK - best steel from the Fox UK wave IMO. Amazing art with the "bling" effect

Mission Impossible 4 UK - Another amazing steel from Paramount

Kick Ass UK - Possibly the best horizontal steel with that amazing deep debossing and unique art

Sin City DE - Jessica Alba... need I say more

Hellboy II UK - Amazing steel despite its horizontal orientation. Awesome continuing art inside and debossing outside.

Limitless CA - Amazing art just like ROTF CA.

Warrior DE - Again another steel IMO overlooked but has amazing cover art and inside art but sadly a printed back.

So far this year, I think I'm going with Chronicle.

Runners up would be blow, simply for the brashness. I think the Paranormal Activity 3 steel was really inventive too!
