KOSM will deliver orders and issue refunds before we get GTA VI.
KOSM is definitely a character in a GTA game. His side quests are weak so players just ignore them or send another NPC over there for a beat down.
Going to be a bloodbath for any collector editions. I'm hoping any potential deluxe edition won't have early access as I think it'll put an end to the idea of midnight releases for this title but we'll see. This is the one occasion I actually want to pick up a game at midnight lol.
