Not sure what it's like over there, but here, unless you're extremely lucky, the steelbooks are usually in awful condition. They've no protection from shelf wear, no J-cards, and are man handled by everyone who comes in the store...

Oh I totally agree. I have bought a handful online and gotten incredibly lucky. Apparently you can just take it back to a store for a refund if you are unhappy though. I have seen how they treat them. What makes me laugh is the chain on the whole doesn't really care about the steelbooks. I went to buy a shazam steelbook recently and asked to inspect it as they actually keep them behind the counter. The women behind the counter actually took the discs out before allowing me to inspect it, like ***** I could pick the discs up anywhere, if I was going to run away with anything (I wouldn't) it would be the steelbook.
