Thanks for the pics. The original art makes it look white, but clearly the stickers are transparent. Pre-order art had the same effect fot the Star Trek re-release and Akira, although of course neither are stickers. They just looked white in pre-release art but turned out to be silver.

EDIT: Not that that's a bad thing. The cover art looks sweet.

Most likely it should be region free because it is a Universal release, but nothing is 100% certain until someone tests playback compatibility.
