It's beyond me how people are still comparing the newer release steelbook prices to how they used to be years ago.
Case in point is the Play Iron man, the steelbook game was nowhere near as popular then so prices were bound to be lower. Not to mention inflation since then etc.
The way I see it, if people actually wanted this they'd cough up the cash. If they don't then stop bitching about it.
Who knows, this zbox might actually be decent

It could have a perfectly accurate cast of the Black Widows chebs in it and this forum would hate it. Did you not get the memo? You're not allowed to be optimistic about anything on this forum unless it's BF, FA or any other Aidan releases.

I think zavvi missed a trick here, they should have made the zbox the iron man zbox, including an iron man pop and t shirt with the other things in the box being iron man (only) stuff. That would have made much more sense as they have insisted on this steelbook not being sold seperatly at least that would have slightly improved this situation.![]()
LMAO, hardly as there are members here who go out of their way to criticize Asian releases every day. Different strokes for different folks.I

10.99 brand new MCU steels are a thing of the past. Get over it.
If you're a collector then paying what's needed to get something you want isn't an issue. I've paid through the nose for some steels and managed to get a lot of release and save my self a lot of money.
Who knows if this release will become sought after, my guessing is yes somewhere down the road. The only difference is, I paid £40 (with a zbox) and not £40+ without one.
As for the zbox, well who knows what's gonna be in it. I for one collect funkos and that's most likely gonna be one of the items. The retail between £9-£15 so let's just call it a £10 funko, with that and a steel which would likely retail at £20-£25 anyway, I've pretty much got my £40 worth there and that is not including anything else that's in there
Yep, studios see no benefit at bargain pricing popular franchise collectibles-especially with increase of Steelbook collector market for many, many years now.10.99 brand new MCU steels are a thing of the past. Get over it.

The Asian releases don't force you to buy a mystery box in order to jack up the price of what you actually want.I

oAh, nostalgia....I remember when this was all fields, and the good old days before the Internet when you had to leave the house and actually see people to have an argument with.. Kids these days don't know they're born...
As for the steelbook, it looks nice and all that but your not prising £40 out of my wallet for the privilege of owning one... Even if it might be 'worth' £40 in years to come...
