I don't think I've seen a Noah Baumbach film since Kicking and Screaming, which was good. This one made me cry at the end, but also a bit irritated during, because of the behavior of the main character's unappreciative daughters, blaming their father for not being there, always staying busy – well he was providing a good life for you girls, and it did cost him a lot eventually.
Don't understand the moaning of the agent and assistant either – oh they're so poor having to travel to various places around the world on private jets and luxury cars... Even their ability to quit is provided by their large income, better cry about all those workers with menial jobs that they can't quit to be with their families, or even often afford a family.
