Looking mighty impressive in poster form like an oil on canvas with paint applied as much with a palette knife as with a brush trailing the paint - all done in true Expressionist style ...

... and looking pretty unique as steelbook art (AFASIK) where creativity is the name of the game nowadays (not so much before where original poster art sufficed) and TBF better than some of the other steelbook artworks for JW 3 around ...

... and so good that they've used it twice - back of the German release ...

It’s a matte finish, with some shiny flecks.

I actually don’t mind on this release that it’s not glossy, it make it look more like a painting.

Apparently it's a really good matte finish. You should check out the unboxing video. It looks amazing. I hated this artwork but now I'm looking forward to receiving this on Tuesday.
