At the moment going by release specs If you want theatrical version of the film on Blu-ray you will need to purchase the separate Blu-ray release
4K release (2 discs) UHD disc is theatrical version and Blu-ray disc is Inside the Lens: The Raw Cut version

The separate Blu-ray release (1 disc) is the theatrical version only and does not include Inside the Lens: The Raw Cut version

Disney and Sony the distributor for north america in my opinion should had 4K release be 3 discs and Blu-ray be 2 Discs
As at the moment if you want theatrical version of the film on Blu-ray you have to purchase that separately.

As the UK/EU releases are not distributed by Sony
It's possible the UK/EU 4K and Blu-ray releases the number discs included will be different but that info is not known yet.
