Looking for Fright Night Part 2 DVD

Hey guys, I'm on the look out for the region 1 release of Fright Night part 2. I don't mind if it's the U.S or the Canadian release. I've been on the hunt for a while for one of these but I'm not going to pay the insane prices they are going for on ebay. If anybody has one they are willing to sell that's in good condition I would pay a decent price for it! Let me know if you can help, thanks!
