I like it (the full slip) very much, maybe slightly too much holofoil and with Manta in no rush to provide more pics I'm guessing the holofoil in the pics must be a true representation of the finished product.
It's a shame this hasn't been received well with collectors especially as Manta promised everything a collector could want.
From the comments in this thread there are definitely more members that do not like this product than those that say they do like it.
Such a shame for Manta on their very first project.

The fact is that Manta started with a very expensive price ($70 shipped) for their first release of an "old" movie.
The Bluray can be found at $5 in lots of shops. So basically you pay $50 the for the packaging only.
When you pay a premium price, you expect a level close to perfection.

Nobody knows Manta, it's their first release. Maybe if they started with more affordable prices (even if they loose some money at the beginning) for their first release (like all retailers when they started: Kimchi, HDzeta, BF ect) and increase their prices later, lots of "unhappy" customers would have been less exigeant and more tolerant for a first release.

Not at this price.

Fact is, that there will always be different opinions about a release, how it looks etc. We all have different taste and that may even change once in a while. I like this first release very much and it is noticable that Manta Lab put a lot of effort into this one. I am more than happy that I supported this new and promising company to ensure that they will continue to their good work.

I'm thinking about it mate, I don't own any holofoil slips and I really like the look of this.
I know the whole holofoil has devided the thread but if I get this I want the holofoil to look exactly like it does in the pics in hand. And the embossing on the suit is crazy good plus I always thought the steel looked good

What time does it go live tomorrow for the uk?

Lol sounds like everyone is just jumping on the bandwagon and finding a reason to bash this release now.

That outlining is embossing how else will they deboss the costume to give it that honeycomb effect ? You could say Novas T2 steel is un-natural as well then as arnie is embossed on that with an outline.

And I don't think the holofoil will be that strong once in hand. The pics have been taken in an angle to show that it has holofoil.

Like I posted earlier. When Nova released the images for Thw Avengers FS, this was the same reaction until a lot of people got it in hand.

In the package rendering of the full slip, there's beautiful blue-grey sky in the background. Did they replace all of that with holofoil?

Oh yeah I still need to get nova nightcrawler full slip. As its still in stock I'll hold on that for a bit longer if I do decide to get this
