Trailer looks utterly dreadful. There's a lot they got right with prosthetics and real set production in the Lungdren one. Honestly so disappointed to see them go full Marvel-on-budget aesthetic. I obviously hope I'm completely wrong but this looks like a real let down... gutted, waited so long for another He-man movie. How are special effects going backwards... looks more like a game.

Personally and this will be controversial because I know what this character and world means to people especially around my age but I was never a big fan anyway, I was always Thundercats hence my comment but this really don’t look that good. Even through the lens of ignoring it’s a major IP and to look at it as a new sci fi fantasy action film. I don’t really have an issue with the CGI in the trailer either but what I saw didn’t do it for me and Skeletor looked kinda crappy.

Certainly don’t get Ragnarok vibes from it. But I’ll give it a go and it could surprise. Kinda like how Dungeons & Dragons turned out. It possibly has that potential. I agree about the Idris comments tho. What is he doing with these roles lol

Idris is miscast, the man is a modern day Sean Connery, very good at playing himself.

back then, the first he-man film was set on earth for cost reasons. now, in the age of digital effects, they could have set the whole film on eternia, with all the characters, but they still chose earth.

the digital effects just look bad. they remind me of jeepers creepers reborn.

when prince adam transforms into ee-man, he is muscular, but in the film, he-man looks as if even a slight breeze could defeat him.
