Finally watched it and Cole is in the movie way more than 3 mins. But it is funny how he went from the main character to a side character very quickly.
Speaking of main characters. I thought Johnny Cage was going to be the lead but this really is Katana's movie. Wasn't expecting that.
Had a lot of fun with this, especially in IMAX with the changing aspect ratios. Its probably the best live-action Mortal Kombat movie that they've made (I know that isn't saying much).
Well I absolutely loved this. I proper enjoyed the first despite its flaws and issues but this was better and it should’ve actually been the first film. Sonya Blade actress is still a bit cheese and I’m glad to see what happens to Cole even though my mouth was on the ground. Tbh my main issue was Shao Khans voice. I get it’s a British actor playing him but the voice should’ve been a professional voice artist dubbing him in a more monstrous tone. But it’s no biggie. Urban as Cage was awesome
Wasn’t expecting it to essentially be a Kitana film. Everyone was quality and looked great, kahn, cage, Baraka (didn’t mind his voice). Was not expecting Noob Saibot, he looked quality. Kano again was brilliant. Loved the little John wick and lord of the rings digs. Bring on the third
