Should Netflix Offer Pay-Per-View movies and TV Shows?
It would be impossible for Netflx to offer every movie and TV show as part of the streaming subscription service, so would you pay extra for a TV show or movie that wasn't included? Want to watch a show but don't want to wait for the DVD to arrive? Would you pay $20 or more to see a new release in your house a few weeks after the theatrical release?
"I've been trying to figure out how to contact someone in Netflix to suggest they have a pay per view option for movies/tv shows that are not yet in the free "play now" queue. Since I am going to purchase what I can't wait for at Amazon (or iTunes), and I really like Netflix better, I would rather give my $1.99 per view to Netflix. Not sure if this suggestion will get anywhere but thought I'd mention it before I go buy an episode of Eureka at Amazon again."
