This is Deluxe version of this release and as well the regular Digipack features the all extras shown in the pic.
Exclusively available at the NUCLEAR BLAST mailorder! The full Wacken 2013 show feat. Floor Jansen in yearbook format including 12 art cards, a tour pass (replica), the Wacken setlist (replica), a NIGHTWISH documentary and a certificate of authenticity!. I queried about English subtitles on the documentary on the Nightwish shop website and yes it does have them and the trailers seem to confirm this, however whether this particular version has English as it German copy. Also cannot see any references to Limited numbers. By the way if you weren't aware Floor Jansen is now a full member as is Troy Donockley.

There are/will be local releases of the regular digipacks, for instance:
UK version (which is covered here) is released on 2nd Dec 13 as are the French and "European" versions.
USA and Canada get their releases on 10th Dec 13.
Japan is last on 18th Dec 13.
However the first release goes to Sweden on 27th Nov 13.
Then Finland and Germany on 29th Nov 13.
