Ninja from Ukraine need your help for trying live as a human

Good day, my friends.

I am asking You for help.

As someone of you probably know, I am from Ukraine.
And as you probably also know - we have a war, a war with russian scums.

For the present day russian cruise missiles and drones air-strikes have greatly
and almost fully damaged the energy system in our country.
In two words, now electricity is present in my house max. 9 hours at day (in a good day).
The rest of the day we are sitting without electricity...

In such conditions the availability of portable energy sources is very effective.
Such as Ecoflow for example.



In the summer it's still half bad...
Only perishable food in our refrigerator(((
But in the winter, in order to power up the heating system we also need electricity
to operate the pump in the system as minimum...

Unfortunately, I am now completely negative with finances.
Although I am not on the front line. Yet... All is possible...
But You may know our city Starokostyantyniv from the news.
We receive massive missile strikes and drone strikes several times a week.
Also, it is not a good condition for normal work...
I have already posted a photo of the "beautiful" mushrooms
we grow here thanks to the russians.

So, in order to somehow solve the problem with electricity,
our family needs Ecoflow River 2 PRO (a European socket model).
This device will fully provide backup electricity needs for our small family
at blackout hours.


Maybe some of you will have a desire to help us financially in some small way.
And maybe it will help us to collect money for this devise.

With all respect and sympathy for your personal situation, but I personally think this is not the place for this... it's not about (not) caring but more about people trying to flee from their 'own' (troubles in-) life by visiting this forum for fun / hobby.

Have you tried setting up a GoFundMe or something similar? Maybe that would be better suited for your needs.

This feels a bit too "unofficial" if that makes any sense.

Unfortunately, in my situation there is not much time to surf various random sites...
So, I decided to present my problem to people whom I consider as my colleagues
and as my friends for years.

Agreed - really hard times.
As I understood many of us several times a year
also replace windows in their houses that were blown away by an explosive wave.
And many of us also visit the funerals of our neighbors or childhood friends several times a week.
Well, everyone has their own problems. Agreed.

Sometimes it need to feel it once rather than hear it ten times...

I (and most of us I reckon) appreciate the severity of your situation but it's easier for 10/20/30 different individuals to chip in a small amount
rather than ask someone to donate the whole amount at once, thru "backchannels" if you will.

Either way, best of luck and hope it doesn't dissuade you from trying a different approach.

In my text above:

Saving "the drowning" is the business of "the drowning" themselves - that is clear.

Right now you're offering a rather inconvenient/unconventional method to "donate":

I understand why this might sound easy for you but there's a lack of transparency with this method that turns people off/away.
Again, GoFundMe offers transparency, a clear donation goal, and multiple ways (outside of PayPal) for people to submit donations.
