Much as this combines two great loves for me - Football and Steelbooks - Pro is a game for children. EA have had the rights to football since the early 90's for a reason. Embossing a steelbook doesn't always make it a good steelbook, **** coloured sandwhich is all I can say. Get with the times ppl.

EA have the rights because they pay huge inflated sums for it, they don't award rights to whoever makes the best game. EA know fine well the licenses are the only reason anyone buys their game, so they'll keep doing it. Konami's editing modes make the licenses irrelvant to anyone with an internet connection though.

Pro is a far better game than FIFA, this year especially judging by the demo. Even the last few years of fairly medicore (compared to PES5/6) Pro Evo games edged out FIFA, purely because FIFAs players have zero individuality. FIFA is a decent pick up and play game, so it's fine for the knuckle-dragging backwards baseball cap crowd, but it has no depth.

I disagree, I've been playing FIFA since the first one on N64 and from FIFA 2002 all the way to FIFA 2010, EA delivered some of the worst soccer games in history. PES 4, 5, 6 were incredible. Konami screwed up with WE2007 that was when they started going downhill. But PES2013 looks promising, I am skipping FIFA altogether because I feel PES is back to what made it great.

FIFA is only for those that like to have everything automatic and easy.
