Why is there a bent poster in place of a hardcover booklet in a $65 set? It is now a totally unreasonable price.
Posters must be the single biggest waste of money ever put in a CE, if you like the artwork then why on earth would you hang it up full of creases?!?!? Has anyone ever successfully removed them? Il be honest I don't even unfold mine.

I missed out on the Arrow and the Vinegar Syndrome Slipcover/Magnet Box

Does this have a newer transfer? I didn’t see Dolby Visdion and HDR10 on the other two releases?

When your not sure call upon @paulboland who knows all!

Is this missing anything else from the VS Copy?

The Vinegar Syndrome has the best art but if this is a new transfer I’d rather grab this because the VS copies are much more expensive on the after market.

It has both HDR10 and Dolby Vision, just like Arrow release. Probably the same transfer.
Vinegar was HDR10 only.

First disc has the same two commentaries, as Vinegar's UHD disc:
  • Audio commentary by director Rowdy Herrington (2006)
  • Audio commentary by filmmakers / Road House fans Kevin Smith and Scott Mosier (2006)
Second disc has almost all the same special features, as Vinegar's 3rd disc:

  • I Thought You’d Be Bigger: The Making of Road House – feature documentary
  • A Conversation with Director Rowdy Herrington
  • Pain Don’t Hurt - The Stunts of Road House
  • Pretty Good for a Blind White Boy - The Music of Road House
  • On the Set - vintage featurette (1989)
  • Patrick Swayze Profile – featurette
  • Remembering Patrick Swayze
  • Selected Interview Soundbites
Except for these two older featurettes:
"On the Road House" 2006 featurette (SD, 17:23)
"What Would Dalton Do?" 2006 featurette (SD, 12:26)

It's also missing all the interviews from the middle second Vinegar disc:

"Henchman #2" 2022 interview with actor/stuntman Anthony De Longis (HD, 24:40)
"I Did It My Way" 2022 interview with second unit director/stunt coordinator Charlie Picerni (HD, 30:44)
"Blonde Ambitions" 2022 interview with actress Laura Lee Kasten (HD, 19:12)
"Fightin' Man" 2022 interview with actor Roger Hewlett (HD, 14:01)
"Ain't Nothing Gonna Kill Me But Me" 2022 interview with actor Travis McKenna (HD, 21:22)

Arrow has all of those missing special features on its two discs, spread a little differently, but has all the same stuff.

The reds are very saturated in the VS version, I'd probably put that as the main thing visually between them over HDR/DV etc.
