Title: SNL 1975

Genre: Comedy, Drama

Director: Jason Reitman

Plot: On October 11, 1975, a ferocious troupe of young comedians and writers changed television forever. This is the true story of what happened that night behind the scenes in the moments leading up to the first SNL broadcast, retelling chaos and magic of a revolution that almost wasn’t, counting down the minutes in real time to the infamous words, “Live From New York, it’s Saturday Night.”

This looks decent. Seems more like an Adam McKay film though

Great situational comedy, with a few awesome one-take scenes, and tension throughout - I love such 'behind the scenes' production shows and films. The chaotic environment is recreated very well with a floating around camera, following intersecting characters all over the place.

Though I had a hard time realizing and remembering who's supposed to be playing who, as most of these 'new' actors don't look like their counterparts. I did manage closer to the end, at least with Chevy Chase and John Belushi.

Gotta single out Rachel Sennott that looks amazingly like Sean Young in the 90's! Only she wasn't involved in SNL, so that 'likeness' is kinda wasted but I was just happy seeing her.
