Icon Edition looks like a Neo Case in a slipcover but not sure if it is

Awesome, Walmart did take over from Target with digipacks now! Would be twice as awesome, if it's indeed that Neo Case. That was Warner packaging, so it could be!
Definitely getting this instead of any steelbook.
