We understand all of that, but some of us have received ordered placed and despatched since Solo was allegedly despatched, so that just doesn't seem to be a valid reason in this instance. And any delays due to that have typically been a few days, not over a week.Two weeks at least is normal for us out of UK since Zavvi exists. I see some are even panicking if it is not dispatched on the next day. Guys it is bloody panic in the world because of pandemic. I believe half of the delivery guys are on sick leave or whatever. It will eventually come. Sooner or later

Really? Was your despatch email sent 5/11? Most of us (including myself) were told we had to wait until tomorrow (20/11) to raise an issue as that will be 14 days after (alleged) despatch...
