Just been on chat with a lady called Helen and basically told no refund or replacement going to be issued as they have been ordered to stop any action as far to many people reporting it missing !!!
They made me wait 14 days now tell me no refund or replacement while they investigate the matter !!
PISSED OFF is not the word and my steel of Rise of Skywalker just dispatched told them it will be going right back and refund issued and to close my account for good.
Will be on the phone to my bank as well shortly to open dispute.

That is shocking. I've tweeted CS about this and got an "anything else we can help with" - but no confirmation of them sending a copy. Now they are looking into it...

Well, no arrival for me either on this title so yet again going to have to file a lost item complaint...
Just out of interest has anyone else had really significant problems with Zavvi releases this year? I've never had a problem, and then this year 5 lost items (Wonder Woman TOC, Jaws - which legit made me cry because no replacements..., 1917, Episode IV - with spine slashed replacement, and now Solo). I'd be interested to know if its all the same titles we've had issues with?
And yeah I know, Covid... but that should only cause delays not the apparent evaporation of items

Let's see:
- missing t-shirt. Then failed for weeks to send a replacement, after asking me lots of questions (was it left with a neighbour, did your family take it in, have you checked with the Post Office...)
- A New Hope: damaged badly, replaced
- Empire: damaged, like everyone else awaiting a replacement case
- Jedi: back scratched
- Phantom: scratches/roller marks, scuffing
- Clones: scratched under paint
- Sith: bad scratches
- Rogue One: light scratch on front
- The Last Jedi: spine slash, replacement sent (told to keep the first one)
- Solo: missing
- Only Yesterday: scratched, no stock - returned for refund (got one from Amazon)
- From Up On Poppy Hill: scratched to buggery, no stock returned for refund (got one from Amazon)

Think that about covers it. Not going to lie, I'm ******** it over the LotR & Hobbit boxsets (sold out so stuck with Zavvi here). Also got Coming to America ordered.
Not going to lie, the Star Wars fiasco so far has been the least enjoyable collectathon ever, if they stiff me over Solo I'll cancel any remaining pre-orders.

There's a reason Jeff Bezos is richer than some countries...

I went on the chat this morning and was told I had a replacement on the way. Still no new dispatch email though so we are probably all in the same boat!

It can take a few days. I’ve had a few instances where they’ve just sent a replacement like that and I get a dispatch email a few days later. basically they create a ticket from the CS side that goes to their warehouse. The warehouse receives that ticket (the order name/ details) package and then send out with a shipment email to follow. The email is a normal dispatch email except the item cost will say 0.00 for you.

but most likely a dispatch Monday latest for everyone who’s been promised a replacement

Had good luck with online chat a few months ago.
Was stunned.

But this week sent a message, from within the lost order info.... Get back email requesting the order number so they can proceed. Consistently hopeless company. Can't wait to argue about 4 or more problems...

I contacted them on Twitter earlier today and I am having a replacement sent out. Hopefully they don't forget or don't send it to someone else. I have Episode 9 on the way (fingers crossed) so I'll then have the whole set

Ugh, starting to get worried about mine too. Got Ep 8 and Hellboy 2 today and those were sent almost a week later.

After getting delayed replies from multiple employees on their Zavvi app and their two Twitter accounts, I was finally offered a replacement. So hopefully this one will actually arrive.
Shout out to Calvin (from @zavvi_cs), he was honestly very helpful and has given me hope

Hopefully 29th as maybe i have all mine delivered by then but cant see it the way things are going.as they are taking very long to get to me.

I also wonder if they say all will be available if some of these will be rejected copys that was sent back for various reasons as i would not surprise me with them. Or all fresh new stock?

I thought they sold all extras already?

Or are they selling all 11 in one go as a set?

I have had to order one from bay as they messed me around saying to wait for restock then they was not getting any.
Upto now i have 5 of them one from bay might not see for a while and the other 5 on its way to me which is anyone's guess when they will arrived or not.

I have not seen any message that all 11 will be available again where did they say this?
