On top of that you be ordering the Blufans as well, I am just trying to figure out how many freebies retailers give you for sucking up to them

I was thinking exactly the same thing..... but didn’t want to say anything prior to release. Benefit of the doubt and that..... But was totally thinking it

I ordered my 3D Steelbook 7 hours after it went live to order. Zavvi took payment on Thursday, but still nothing sent.
Contacted customer service and this was their reply:
"We send all pre-ordered items out as soon as we receive them into our warehouse from the manufacturers. We always endeavour to have pre-orders delivered to our customers on, if not before, the release date.
Please accept our apologies that on this occasion we were not able to have this with you on the release date. We understand this must be both disappointing and frustrating.
We will aim to get this dispatched out to you as soon as possible. Once this has been sent you will be notified.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused."
Zoom customer's received their copies on Friday.

It's pretty obvious that these are not going to arrive on Monday....i haven't had a single dispatch email from Zavvi and I have 5 steelbooks including 4 from the Paramount wave scheduled for a Monday release....so please do feel free to let everyone here know when your steelbook does show up....it won't be Monday for sure!
I am fully expecting 5 emails to ping my inbox around first thing tomorrow morning with a Wednesday delivery at the very earliest!.... it's obvious to anyone that Zavvi have taken late delivery of this Monday"s steelbook releases, be it the Easter holidays or whatever!
