With Fast & Furious making $343 million worldwide last year, on a budget of about $85 million, it was a given that Universal Pictures would be interested in making another movie. Talking to his fans on Facebook, Vin Diesel revealed that the studio is actually working on two more! He said...

If 2009's 'Fast and Furious' was chapter one, what writer Chris Morgan just delivered is Chapter 2 and chapter 3.

I have never been submitted a two story saga from a studio before... it is very exciting, and shows a commitment level that is hard not to respond to.

Excited about the sexy locations the filming of this saga would take us... this novel like story, that has twists and unexpected turns that is authentic, truthful and challenging to the characters.

Diesel added on his page that he will also soon be providing updates on Riddick, another XXX movie and his passion project about General Hannibal Barca.

probally 7 pack i think in an earlier post on his facebook he said they where working on scripts for atleast 3 more fast and furious ,movies i think he it pushing it to saw levels.but atleast we know where getting another riddik movie.

they reallyonly had 3 movies if you dont count 3 tha has minor integration wiht the good movies. so im guessing they are going to make 5 6 and 7 aswell and there making more then 200 million per movie so why stop when people love it, and you add the Great One The Rock to the film right off of faster

.Now if only they would let vindiesl dierect the rock in the spyhunter movie the circle of life would be complete.

Fast Five - June 10, 2011

Scoopers 'tidus1117' and 'Tommy' alerted us that Puerto Rico newspaper El Nuevo Dia reported yesterday that Fast Five, the fifth installment of the "Fast and Furious" franchise, will shoot on the island from July to August.

Streets, neighborhoods and local offices will serve to represent Brazil, a country where most of the plot takes place, said the newspaper.

In the film, Dom (Vin Diesel) and Brian (Paul Walker) are fugitives being pursued by relentless lawmen. Diesel and Walker are being joined by Dwayne Johnson, TJ Hassan, Tego Calderon and Don Omar.

Directed by Justin Lin from a script by Chris Morgan, the Universal Pictures release hits theaters on June 10, 2011.

I thought it was confirmed that he was going to be the officers pursuing vin and paul there is no way they could be on the same side no way
