Tomorrow we're super excited to reunite with our friends over at Black Dragon Press to handle North American distribution of some of their releases. If you're unfamiliar, Black Dragon Press is based in the UK and is responsible for putting out some of the best film and art prints around. We've been fans of the work they produce for years, and we're proud to again partner up and offer some of their releases for stateside supporters.
First up is a gorgeous poster by some of our favorite artists, We Buy Your Kids, for the brilliant 1985 Japanese comedy: TAMPOPO. Directed by Jûzô Itami, TAMPOPO is a "ramen western" in which a wild bunch of ramen ronin help a widowed noodle-shop owner on a quest for the perfect noodle recipe. This is a really special film. Incredibly funny, and it features possibly some of the best looking food ever put on screen. It's impossible not to love.
