They showed Bram"s Dracula & Groundhog Day, I've never seen a preorder for those? Are they like The Last Night in Soho & RR where you had to have used a Group Buy on FB or MP to get a copy? They were never on the website.
They don't show those titles on there website as well as The Lost Boys, Roger Rabbit, Exorcist, Psycho, and several others. I don't understand why Cinemuseum has certain titles not listed on their site and more that were on there keep disappearing?

There are also copies of both versions of BTTF in stock as well. The variant says 150 copies, I could of swore it was 120 at the time of preorder, I could be wrong but either way why are these both in stock now?
I'm done worrying about all my preorders including Lost Boys, I can't do anything about it, I think this was my last preorder or was it Poltergeist? It's been past 180 days so not much I can do but hope, have a lot of money tied up with them. I feel like a chump.

...is there ANY CHANCE we actually get this release before Halloween this year?
I messaged them last month and this was the reply…

Hi,
Work on Lost Boys is progressing slowly due to some delays in assembly and shipping of previous projects.
We are working to avoid causing delays but it will certainly take a few more weeks of patience to receive the purchased product.

Thanks for suporting us

For assistance or questions, please contact customer service via email: [email protected]

Their answer is always "some delays in assembly and shipping"
We'll have to wait at least 3 years before we get Poltergeist and this one.

No way. Gotta wait your 2-3 years, like everyone else... :shipped:

Yeah, it's always better, now that Ponzi Camorra has conditioned us, to buy any of their Editions if and when they actually materialize. Even paying a triple price to a scalper is fine, if you invest that money meanwhile, rather than just giving it away and hoping...

Exactly, i rather pay double and knowing i am getting it within a week instead of waiting for a few years hoping they dont go bankrupt.

If everyone pulled their pre orders, they would go bankrupt overnight.

Must be great having a business that is bank rolled by pre orders.
True, they are running the company on pre-orders. They need pre orders to release the next product. Thats not wrong but they are running so far behind that they have so many pre-orders i lost count. If they keep it in this phase its not a question if they’re going bankrupt more like when.

That's a definition of a ponzi scheme, and last ones are left holding the bag...

Well if they open a pre order to fund the previous pre order i would get it. It works. And helps Growing a company. But now they have a dozen of pre orders already paid for and still not enough funds to release 6/7 titles back "just guessing" youre in trouble.

From a strictly legal point of view, is what they are doing legal ?
Actually yes they can. With pre-ordering you bound yourself into a contract that you get a product wich they invest in to produce. That said you do have protection from for exemple paypal goods and services wich you could claim your payment back within 6months. Outside that time frame you could only reach out to the company asking for a cancelation. Note you can also ask them first before making a paypal claim. With production they could have delays. There are no laws of a time frame i know off, but that is different in certain country's. Every production can have delays thats what you sign up for when doing a pre-order. Also the possibility that a company goes bankrupt. That comes down to that you have to trust the company you invest in.
