I am new to GB but is there a reason why on a different forum, their OC is $180 and DL is $70 and here is $275 and $112? Are the shipping charges included in the prices or separate?

Shipping is included here (and with almost all blufans GBs). I don't know where you're getting those prices from though. On the HDN store the DL is listed for me at £60gbp, and the OC is £147gbp. That's about $80usd and $197usd respectively.

There's no point trying to analyse prices btw. All hosts price differently for their own reasons, and they won't typically justify it to you when asked. If you want something, and it is still available cheaper elsewhere to purchase, my advice would be to do just that - assuming the host is reputable (which from from those prices I'd guess it's kev at bd.com, who is).

The prices are in the link. I just noticed, 80 USD is about $112 CAD. So may be it automatically used my local currency and gave me the price in Canadian. If that is the case then the price seems more right.

Yes, it provides a price based on your region, which sounds like it was CAD. The other prices you quoted were USD. So, there's a bit of a gap, but they're not miles apart.
