Hub, they are a bunch of newbies handling the online orders.
Called them this morning to check with the person in-charge, all seems not well organised. Keep asking around for info.
But then, they are new to this game and we should give them some time to pick up some experience.
Good luck with your orders and I'm just glad that we finally have an online store that ships overseas. Other than mine.

Never heard about this website, all I can say is that their logo is just ugly, if they want a decent one they can contact me

Emailed them just a few days ago and they replied with this:

Hi Alex,

Normally we will put in a box with bubble wrapping to ensure that the
delivery is in a very safe condition.

A couple of photos of the packaging...No problems. One thing to note is the lack of value for the customs but I didn't get whacked

Mine were packed similarly. I'd dint get wacked for customs either, despite Customs opening up the package and one of my steels (grrrr).

Got my package in today from TS. They are legit. I would use them again and recommend them as well.
