[Wanted] [U.K.] MCU Asian steelbooks with pre order gifts from Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong and language variants.

Hello,

A bit late to the game I know but I'm after any Asian releases of the MCU films that include the pre-order gifts. Any information on how to obtain any of these would be very much appreciated as they are few and far between. Here is a list of the ones I know about that I don't already own:

Avengers Infinity War - Taiwan pre order gold clip
Age of Ultron - Thailand pre order tags and calendar
Captain America Winter soldier - Thailand with pre order cup
Captain America Winter soldier - Taiwan pre order medal

This list isn't exhaustive so any others would be welcome.

Also and language J card variants of the standard releases such as the Polish Doctor Strange (Doktor Strange).
