Some nice choices here, I would pick many of them myself.

Anyway in the end I guess I would pick

Batman, because he already beat the complete Justice League which is pretty impressive for a guy with no superpowers.

Jean Grey aka Marvel Girl, aka Dark Phoenix, I want her on my team with the Dark Phoenix powers, because that is really powerfull, I guess even Batman would have a hard time with that.

Since they might have some Kryptonite in the arena, I pass on Superman but a God might be a good choice, so Thor is in.

Superman, look at all the guy can do, he would kick some ass.

Flash I would use to find the enemies, with his speed they would not see him

Spiderman would be great for catching the enemy to then slaughter
